Bu metin, Miniq Games mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanırken kişisel verilerinin nasıl işlendiğini anlatır. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) m. 10 kapsamında aydınlatma metni ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) m. 13 kapsamında bilgilendirme olarak da geçerlidir.

2. Kısaca

• Reklam yok, analitik yok, verini satmıyoruz ve kimseyle pazarlama için paylaşmıyoruz.
• Konumuna, rehberine, kameraya, mikrofona ya da reklam kimliğine erişmiyoruz. Uygulamada sohbet yok.
• Misafir olarak oynayabilirsin: o zaman yalnızca oyun için gereken en az veri, kısa süreliğine işlenir.
• Hesabını uygulamanın içinden istediğin an silebilirsin.

3. Hangi verileri işliyoruz

Herkes (misafir dahil)

• Oyun verisi: odada görünen adın, oda kodu, rastgele üretilen bir cihaz kimliği (kurulum başına bir kez oluşturulur, telefonunun donanım kimliği değildir), oyundaki seçimlerin ve oyuncu anahtarın. Oyunu yürütmek ve bağlantın koparsa geri dönebilmen için gerekir.
• Teknik veri: IP adresin, isteğin zamanı, çağrılan adres ve hata kayıtları. Güvenlik, kötüye kullanımı önleme (ör. oda kodu tahmin etme denemelerini sınırlama) ve hata ayıklama için.
• Yalnızca cihazında kalanlar: dil, tema, ses ayarları, misafir adın ve avatarın, Bomba İmha seviye ilerlemen, devam eden oda bilgisi. Bunlar bize gönderilmez.

Hesap açarsan ayrıca

• Giriş bilgileri: e-posta adresin ve şifren ya da Apple / Google hesabınla girişte sağlayıcının verdiği kimlik ve e-posta. Bunları kimlik doğrulama hizmetimiz Google Firebase Authentication tutar; şifren bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz. Apple ile girişte e-postanı gizlersen Apple’ın yönlendirme adresi kullanılır.
• Profil: kullanıcı adın, görünen adın ve seçtiğin avatar.
• Arkadaşlık: gönderdiğin, aldığın ve kabul ettiğin arkadaşlık istekleri.
• Çevrimiçi durumu: uygulama açıkken en fazla 90 saniye geçerli bir “çevrimiçi” işareti. Yalnızca kabul ettiğin arkadaşlar görür.

Miniq Games Plus alırsan ayrıca

• Satın alma bilgisi: hangi ürünü aldığın, başlangıç ve bitiş tarihi, yenileme, iptal ve iade durumu. Ödemeyi Apple alır; kart ya da banka bilgine biz ve RevenueCat erişemeyiz.

4. Diğer oyuncular ne görür

• Aynı odadakiler: görünen adını ve oyunun gösterdiği bilgileri (ör. oyun sonunda açılan roller). Gizli oyun bilgin (rolün, elin) yalnızca sana gönderilir.
• Arkadaşların: kullanıcı adını, görünen adını, avatarını ve çevrimiçi olup olmadığını.
• Kullanıcı adını bilen biri sana arkadaşlık isteği gönderebilir. E-posta adresin hiçbir oyuncuya gösterilmez.

5. Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler

Veriler, Uygulama ve sunucularımız üzerinden elektronik ortamda, otomatik yollarla toplanır. Otomatik kararla seni etkileyen bir profil çıkarma yapılmaz.

6. Verileri kimler işler (aktarım)

Türkiye dışına aktarım sürekli bir hizmet ilişkisi olduğundan KVKK m. 9 kapsamında Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’nun ilan ettiği standart sözleşmeye, AB dışına aktarım ise Avrupa Komisyonu’nun standart sözleşme maddelerine (ve varsa yeterlilik kararlarına) dayanır. Bu sağlayıcılar verileri yalnızca bizim adımıza ve talimatımızla işler.

8. Hesabını silmek

Uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesabı sil. Güvenlik için bir kez daha giriş yapman istenir. Silince profilin, arkadaşlıkların ve Plus kaydın bizden, satın alma kaydın RevenueCat’ten, giriş hesabın Firebase’den silinir; Apple ile girdiysen Apple’a verdiğin yetki de geri alınır. Plus aboneliğin kendiliğinden iptal olmaz: App Store → Abonelikler’den ayrıca iptal etmelisin.

9. Güvenlik

Bağlantılar şifrelidir (HTTPS/WSS). Veritabanı ve önbellek dışarıya kapalıdır, sunucuya yalnızca anahtarla erişilir. Şifreni biz tutmayız. Hiçbir sistem kusursuz değildir; bir ihlal olursa mevzuatın öngördüğü şekilde Kurul’a ve sana bildiririz.

10. Hakların

KVKK m. 11 uyarınca: verinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik ya da yanlışsa düzeltilmesini, silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini isteme ve bunların aktarılan kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhine bir sonuca itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

AB’de yaşıyorsan GDPR uyarınca ayrıca: erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, veri taşınabilirliği ve meşru menfaate dayalı işlemeye itiraz hakların vardır.

Başvurunu [email protected] adresine gönderebilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz yanıtlarız. Hesabınla ilgili taleplerde kimliğini doğrulamak için kullanıcı adını ve hesabının e-posta adresini belirt. Yanıtımızdan memnun kalmazsan Türkiye’de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na, AB’de yaşadığın ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsin.

11. Çocuklar

Hesap açmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın. Bu yaşın altındaki bir çocuğun hesap açtığını öğrenirsek hesabı sileriz; bize yazman yeterli.

12. Değişiklikler

Bu metni değiştirirsek güncel hâlini bu sayfada yayımlar, önemli değişikliklerde uygulamada da haber veririz. Sayfanın başındaki tarih son değişikliği gösterir.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use the Miniq Games mobile app (the “App”). It also serves as the information notice under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK, Art. 10) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Art. 13).

2. In short

• No ads, no analytics. We don’t sell your data or share it for marketing.
• We don’t access your location, contacts, camera, microphone or advertising ID. There is no chat in the App.
• You can play as a guest: then only the minimum data a game needs is processed, and only briefly.
• You can delete your account from inside the App at any time.

3. What we process

Everyone (including guests)

• Game data: the name you show in a room, the room code, a random device ID (created once per installation; not your phone’s hardware ID), your in-game choices and your player key. Needed to run the game and to let you rejoin if your connection drops.
• Technical data: your IP address, request times, requested addresses and error logs. For security, abuse prevention (e.g. limiting attempts to guess room codes) and debugging.
• Stored only on your device: language, theme and sound settings, your guest name and avatar, your Defuse the Bomb level progress, and the room you are currently in. These are not sent to us.

If you create an account, additionally

• Sign-in data: your email address and password, or the identifier and email provided by Apple / Google when you sign in with them. These are held by our authentication service, Google Firebase Authentication; your password never reaches us. If you hide your email with Sign in with Apple, Apple’s relay address is used.
• Profile: your username, display name and the avatar you choose.
• Friends: friend requests you send, receive and accept.
• Online status: an “online” marker valid for at most 90 seconds while the App is open. Only friends you have accepted can see it.

If you buy Miniq Games Plus, additionally

• Purchase data: which product you bought, start and end dates, renewal, cancellation and refund status. Apple takes the payment; neither we nor RevenueCat can see your card or bank details.

4. What other players see

• Players in the same room: your display name and whatever the game shows (e.g. roles revealed at the end). Your secret game information (your role, your hand) is sent only to you.
• Your friends: your username, display name, avatar and whether you are online.
• Anyone who knows your username can send you a friend request. Your email address is never shown to other players.

5. Purposes and legal bases

Data is collected electronically and automatically through the App and our servers. We do not make automated decisions or profiles that affect you.

6. Who processes your data (transfers)

Because these are ongoing service relationships, transfers outside Türkiye rely on the standard contracts published by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Art. 9), and transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and adequacy decisions where available). These providers process data only on our behalf and on our instructions.

8. Deleting your account

In the App: Settings → Delete account. For security you will be asked to sign in once more. Deleting removes your profile, friendships and Plus record from our systems, your purchase record from RevenueCat and your sign-in account from Firebase; if you used Sign in with Apple, the authorisation you gave Apple is revoked too. Your Plus subscription is not cancelled automatically: cancel it separately under App Store → Subscriptions.

9. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS/WSS). The database and cache are not reachable from the internet, and the server can only be accessed with a key. We never store your password. No system is perfect; if a breach occurs we will notify the authorities and you as the law requires.

10. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may: learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted or destroyed and for these actions to be notified to recipients, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

If you live in the EU, under the GDPR you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Send your request to [email protected]; we reply free of charge within 30 days at the latest. For account-related requests, include your username and your account’s email address so we can verify it’s you. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or, in the EU, to the data protection authority of your country.

11. Children

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we learn that a child under this age has created an account, we will delete it; just write to us.

12. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and, for significant changes, also tell you in the App. The date at the top shows the latest change.

Diese Erklärung beschreibt, wie deine personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet werden, wenn du die mobile App Miniq Games (die „App“) nutzt. Sie dient zugleich als Information nach Art. 13 der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) und nach Art. 10 des türkischen Datenschutzgesetzes Nr. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Kurz gesagt

• Keine Werbung, keine Analyse-Tools. Wir verkaufen deine Daten nicht und geben sie nicht zu Werbezwecken weiter.
• Wir greifen nicht auf Standort, Kontakte, Kamera, Mikrofon oder Werbe-ID zu. In der App gibt es keinen Chat.
• Du kannst als Gast spielen: Dann wird nur das Nötigste für ein Spiel verarbeitet, und nur kurz.
• Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App löschen.

3. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten

Alle (auch Gäste)

• Spieldaten: dein im Raum angezeigter Name, der Raumcode, eine zufällige Geräte-ID (einmal pro Installation erzeugt, nicht die Hardware-ID deines Telefons), deine Spielzüge und dein Spielerschlüssel. Nötig, um das Spiel zu betreiben und dich nach einem Verbindungsabbruch zurückkehren zu lassen.
• Technische Daten: deine IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt und Ziel der Anfragen sowie Fehlerprotokolle. Für Sicherheit, Missbrauchsschutz (z. B. Begrenzung von Versuchen, Raumcodes zu erraten) und Fehlersuche.
• Nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert: Sprache, Design- und Toneinstellungen, dein Gastname und Avatar, dein Levelfortschritt in Bombe entschärfen und der Raum, in dem du gerade bist. Diese Daten werden nicht an uns gesendet.

Wenn du ein Konto erstellst, zusätzlich

• Anmeldedaten: deine E-Mail-Adresse und dein Passwort oder die Kennung und E-Mail, die Apple / Google bei der Anmeldung übermitteln. Diese verwaltet unser Anmeldedienst Google Firebase Authentication; dein Passwort erreicht uns nie. Wenn du bei „Mit Apple anmelden“ deine E-Mail verbirgst, wird Apples Weiterleitungsadresse verwendet.
• Profil: dein Benutzername, dein Anzeigename und dein gewählter Avatar.
• Freunde: gesendete, empfangene und angenommene Freundschaftsanfragen.
• Online-Status: eine „online“-Markierung, die höchstens 90 Sekunden gilt, solange die App geöffnet ist. Nur angenommene Freunde sehen sie.

Wenn du Miniq Games Plus kaufst, zusätzlich

• Kaufdaten: welches Produkt du gekauft hast, Beginn und Ende, Verlängerung, Kündigung und Erstattung. Die Zahlung wickelt Apple ab; weder wir noch RevenueCat sehen deine Karten- oder Bankdaten.

4. Was andere Spieler sehen

• Spieler im selben Raum: deinen Anzeigenamen und was das Spiel zeigt (z. B. am Ende aufgedeckte Rollen). Geheime Spielinformationen (deine Rolle, deine Karten) werden nur an dich gesendet.
• Deine Freunde: Benutzername, Anzeigename, Avatar und ob du online bist.
• Wer deinen Benutzernamen kennt, kann dir eine Freundschaftsanfrage senden. Deine E-Mail-Adresse wird anderen Spielern nie angezeigt.

5. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen

Die Daten werden elektronisch und automatisiert über die App und unsere Server erhoben. Es findet keine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung oder Profilbildung statt, die dich betrifft.

6. Wer deine Daten verarbeitet (Übermittlungen)

Übermittlungen außerhalb der EU stützen sich auf die Standardvertragsklauseln der Europäischen Kommission (bzw. Angemessenheitsbeschlüsse, soweit vorhanden), Übermittlungen aus der Türkei auf die vom türkischen Datenschutzausschuss veröffentlichten Standardverträge (KVKK Art. 9). Diese Anbieter verarbeiten Daten nur in unserem Auftrag und nach unseren Weisungen.

8. Konto löschen

In der App: Einstellungen → Konto löschen. Aus Sicherheitsgründen musst du dich noch einmal anmelden. Beim Löschen werden dein Profil, deine Freundschaften und dein Plus-Eintrag bei uns, dein Kaufbeleg bei RevenueCat sowie dein Anmeldekonto bei Firebase entfernt; bei „Mit Apple anmelden“ wird auch die Apple erteilte Berechtigung widerrufen. Dein Plus-Abo wird nicht automatisch gekündigt: Kündige es separat unter App Store → Abonnements.

9. Sicherheit

Verbindungen sind verschlüsselt (HTTPS/WSS). Datenbank und Cache sind aus dem Internet nicht erreichbar, der Server ist nur per Schlüssel zugänglich. Wir speichern dein Passwort nicht. Kein System ist perfekt; bei einer Datenpanne informieren wir die Behörden und dich wie gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.

10. Deine Rechte

Nach der DSGVO hast du das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen, die auf berechtigtem Interesse beruhen. Nach Art. 11 KVKK stehen dir entsprechende Rechte zu, u. a. auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Benachrichtigung der Empfänger und Schadensersatz bei rechtswidriger Verarbeitung.

Schick deine Anfrage an [email protected]; wir antworten kostenlos innerhalb von höchstens 30 Tagen. Gib bei kontobezogenen Anfragen deinen Benutzernamen und die E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos an, damit wir dich identifizieren können. Du kannst dich außerdem bei der Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde deines Landes oder beim türkischen Datenschutzausschuss beschweren.

11. Kinder

Für ein Konto musst du mindestens 13 Jahre alt sein (in einigen EU-Ländern gilt ein höheres Mindestalter von bis zu 16 Jahren). Erfahren wir, dass ein jüngeres Kind ein Konto erstellt hat, löschen wir es; schreib uns einfach.

Wenn wir diese Erklärung ändern, veröffentlichen wir die neue Fassung auf dieser Seite und informieren dich bei wesentlichen Änderungen auch in der App. Das Datum oben zeigt die letzte Änderung.
